Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)“). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Intelligent System Vitale SL cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Intelligent System Vitale SL customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Intelligent System Vitale SL with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Intelligent System Vitale SL to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Intelligent System Vitale SL will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Algunas partes del Servicio se facturan mediante suscripción («Suscripción(es)»). Se le facturará por adelantado de forma recurrente y periódica («Ciclo de facturación»). Los ciclos de facturación se establecen con carácter mensual, trimestral o anual, dependiendo del tipo de plan de suscripción que seleccione al adquirir una Suscripción.

Puede cancelar la renovación de su Suscripción a través de la página de gestión de su cuenta en línea o poniéndose en contacto con el equipo de atención al cliente de Intelligent System Vitale SL.
Se requiere un método de pago válido, incluyendo tarjeta de crédito o PayPal, para procesar el pago de su Suscripción. Deberá proporcionar a Intelligent System Vitale SL información de facturación precisa y completa, incluidos el nombre completo, la dirección, el código postal, el número de teléfono y un método de pago válido. Al enviar dicha información de pago, usted autoriza automáticamente a Intelligent System Vitale SL a cargar todas las cuotas de Suscripción correspondientes a través de su cuenta, a cualquiera de dichos instrumentos de pago.
Si por cualquier motivo no se produjera la facturación automática, Intelligent System Vitale SL emitirá una factura electrónica en la que se le indicará que debe proceder manualmente, dentro de un plazo determinado, al pago íntegro correspondiente al periodo de facturación indicado en la factura.
